• Management of a stationary old care facility in the function of the facility management - Responsibility for ensuring and developing modern nursing standards - Creation of service plans - Professional guidance, promotion and motivation of nurses - Communication and cooperation with relatives and with e.g. Doctors

• A training as exam. Senior Caregiver, exam. Health Caregiver or Health Caregiver (m/w/d) - Experience in managing and fulfilling the technical requirements (according to HmbWBG i.V.m. WBPersVO), as well as business thinking and acting - Empathy and leadership competence - Social competence and enforcement strength
