Coordination and control of external security service providers and ensuring the agreed quality standards Development, implementation and continuous development of security concepts Ensuring growing safety requirements in the course of site expansion (Production & Logistics) Analysis, identification and optimization of security processes and practices Assessment and reduction of risks and professional management of safety-related incidents Ensuring the protection of employees, locations and resources Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines Monitoring and control of safety indicators (KPIs)

Complete studies (e.g. security management, project management, technology) or comparable qualification Experience in strategic and/or operational security management Knowledge of project management Experience in the coordination of security service providers/firms desirable KPI management of advantage Technical understanding (e.g. access control and video management systems) Safe handling of Google Workspace German Treatable, English very good knowledge High-communication, confident appearance and team-capable in the international environment Analytical, responsible and solution-oriented
