HR Manager Education & Training - Technik (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate technical training, focus on practical learning content and direct integration of trainees into everyday work In your role, you accompany the trainees intensively on site, actively support them in practical work and help them with challenges. You develop training plans and programmes, check reports and keep an overview of training documents You work closely with the specialist departments and ensure that trainees are continuously evolved through regular feedback talks and individual support measures With learning target controls, individual training and support measures, you promote the professional and personal development of trainees In addition, you design career paths, accompany exam preparation and develop measures for the long-term binding of our trainees to the company Cooperation with external educational institutions and the maintenance of cooperations are also part of your task

A completed training as a mechatronic:in, ideally supplemented by a technician or master's degree as well as an instructor's certificate First experience in training and in the development and implementation of training programmes, preferably in the production environment or in the food industry Passion for the promotion and development of young talents and openness for innovative learning methods and modern training concepts Impressed organizational strength and good analytical thinking Communication skills and joy in cooperation with various departments and hierarchical levels
