We are looking for a:n employee in receipt of goods (m/w/d) limited to 1 year to strengthen our team in the Liquid Analysis unit and to ensure that movement of goods takes place smoothly so that our processes remain efficient and sustainable.

Here you take over a key role in controlling and monitoring the receipt of goods and make sure everything arrives exactly where it is needed.

What are you going to do? You will:

• Perform all commercial activities in receipt of goods from the procurement page to the receipt of goods
• Book goods and forward them to receiving departments
• Monitor procurement logistics in cooperation with our service providers
• As an interface between Endress+Hauser and our warehouse service providers
• Check and ensure stocks in our external warehouses
• Conduct identity checks, storages and bookings of material
• Clearing and correcting inventory deviations
• Ensure order and cleanliness in the central warehouse
• Ensure work safety in the field and participate in the continuous improvement process (CDP)

What do we expect from you? You:

• Have completed vocational training (ideally in logistics)
• Bring experience in the field of goods receipt, goods exit or storage with
• Paste over good computer skills, especially in MS Office and SAP
• Have basic technical understanding
• Own a fork certificate
• Drawing through organisational skills and enforcement
