In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a lead Digital Transformation (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg at the next time. 1 1/2 years. The job can be carried out in fulltime, part-time or as part of a job sharing.

You want to take leadership, develop people and shape the digital transformation together with us? Then you're right with us. We are looking for an experienced and motivated personality for about 1 1/2 years, which takes over the leadership of the Digital Transformation team as part of a parental representation. As a guide for digital transformation, you lead a team of low code, automation and communication and change experts. In addition, you develop your team professionally and personally. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of measures to support the digital transformation in the HanseWerk Group in line with our digital strategy. You are responsible for the targeted participation of our specialist departments and employees. With your team, you are responsible for appropriate communication strategies and measures to strengthen the digital culture and promote the digital transformation in our company. Together with your team, you are driving our expertise to leverage new digital technologies. You are responsible for the use and further development of existing No & Low Code platforms as well as automation solutions in collaboration with other areas, central E.ON units and our departments. With your team you develop new Low Code & Automation solutions and take care of their professional operation. If necessary, you also tax external service providers. You implement KPIs to measure the progress and success of our digital strategy and develop them together with overarching areas. You have a successfully completed (professional) university degree, preferably in the field of (economic) computer science, (economic) engineering or communication sciences. You bring multi-year professional and ideally first leadership experience. You have knowledge of the energy industry or other industries that you can bring as a transfer. You are actively engaged and self-reflecting with the topic of leadership and have a modern understanding of leadership, making it possible for you to achieve the goals of your team. You are passionate about the development of low code and automation solutions as well as the ability of people to use new digital technologies and solutions. You bring experiences in project management and know different project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban and BizDevOps). You have experiences with common No & low code platforms such as SmapOne or the Microsoft Power Platform. Ideally, you have knowledge of automation tools and technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), e.g. Blue Prism. Your strengths include strong entrepreneurial and strategic action and a high customer orientation. You have a high communication capability, a convincing appearance and enforcement capability and are able to present complex facts in general. You actively drive changes and find new ways to improve existing ones. You are a team player and have fun working together beyond corporate boundaries and networking you.
