You want to take leadership, develop people and shape the digital transformation together with us? Then you're right with us. We are looking for an experienced and motivated personality for about 1 1/2 years, which takes over the leadership of the Digital Transformation team as part of a parental representation. As a guide for digital transformation, you lead a team of low code, automation and communication and change experts. In addition, you develop your team professionally and personally. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of measures to support the digital transformation in the HanseWerk Group in line with our digital strategy. You are responsible for the targeted participation of our specialist departments and employees.
