The dual bachelor’s degree “Fitness Science and Fitness Economics” at the industry expert IST High School offers you the optimal combination of training and academic degree with a clear focus on fitness practice. During your dual study, you will get comprehensive insights into the processes of a modern boutique Pilates company. A special focus is on sales, customer service and studio organization. You learn how a successful premium studio is managed economically and how to build long-term customer relationships.

Your tasks include: Sales & Membership Management Support Advice from interested parties and members Implementation and preparation of intro terminals Support in daily studio operation Participation in promotions, events and cooperations Date and organization management Social Media & Community Management Support Administrative and organizational tasks in the back office Working with studio management and trainer team Designing a high-quality customer experience

General/specialised university maturity or a comparable degree Interest in fitness, health and sports Joy in dealing with people Communication strength and safe occurrence Interest in Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Motivation and learning Teamability and reliability Independent and structured operation First experiences in the service, sales or fitness area are of advantage, but no need You want to make your hobby a profession
