You support industry-wide international leaders with your expertise, your deed and your analytic vision. Your tasks Advising the top management of different industries in the development and implementation of strategic and financial solutions Design and implementation of forward-looking strategies and sustainable business model issues related to Strategy & Growth, Corporate Finance and M&A or corporate value optimization Identification of value creation potentials of global companies, e.g. market attractiveness, building new, high-growth business segments and business model design Development of business plans, derivation of findings and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative methods, such as, for example, operational transformations, transaction-related analyses, and market-leading transformative acquisitions Gain comprehensive insights into strategic value levers from the perspective of top management and investors of our clients, e.g. capital allocation and transaction strategies Internal knowledge building and transfer and further development of our Strategy & Corporate Finance Community

Master degree in BWL, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable degree programme 1-3 years of practical experience in a leading top management consultancy, investment bank, equity company or in a strategy department focusing on Strategy & Growth, Corporate Finance and M&A or corporate value optimization Expertise in the Strategy & Corporate Finance environment, with a sound understanding of technologies, trends and methods, as well as their targeted use in the company Current account in the development and implementation of strategic and financial solutions High result orientation combined with strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking and a pronounced service orientation Open, team-oriented, empathic personality with hands-on mentality, distinct independent, structured and professional work Excellent, addressable communication and presentation skills at top management level in German and English Readiness and desire for projects in the dynamic environment of a management consultancy
