As a Strategic Buyer, you will play a key role in shaping our global product portfolio and supplier strategy across brands Own strategic activities procurement for a portfolio of 1,800+ products across multiple brands Drive supplier selection and sourcing decisions, partnershiping close with Marketing on new product development Build and develop a high-performing, future-ready supplier portfolio with a focus on innovation and long-term partnerships Ensure scalable and resilient production capacities across international suppliers Lead regular business reviews with key suppliers, including senior stakeholder engagement Identify and deliver cost savings and creation opportunities (e.g. through costing, bundling, and innovation) Own end-to-end price and contract in an international environment Implement and manage optimal frameworks Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects Continuously improve buying processes, tools, and reporting (e.g. forecasting, capacity planning) Support the rollout of global standards and best practices in procurement

Degree in Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement / sourcing within an international FMCG environment Proven success in violation, cost savings, and value creation Strong background in supplier management and building strategic partnerships Excellent analytical skills and confidence working data (e.g. costing, KPIs) Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international setting Advanced Excel skills and solid MS Office proficiency Fluent in English; English is a plus
