In the role as project manager (m/w/d), you take over the holistic management of complex investment projects in the GMP-regulated environment. You control projects from the concept and planning phase through procurement, construction and commissioning to the qualified handover to production. In detail, this includes: Takeover of overall responsibility for compliance with the central project parameters – time, budget and quality – (CTQ/TCQ) Development of a risk-based C&Q strategy (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ; interface to PQ) Responsibility for URS, design reviews, risk analyses, DQ/IQ/OQ documentation and GMP-compliant project execution Ensuring Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and documented traceability over all project phases Management of Suppliers (m/w/d) (engineering offices, plant manufacturers, construction partners) incl. Procurement processes and claim management Proactive communication with management, quality, production and international stakeholders Preparation and implementation of project reviews Ensuring a smooth project course incl. Risk and escalation management Transfer of qualified equipment to production and tracking of all deviations and CAPAs Portfolio and Investment Planning Support (CAPEX Roadmap)
Completed (master)studium, from the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical, or process engineering Multiannual professional experience in the management of projects in the field of investment goods / production facilities (preferably in pharmaceutical production) Knowledge of process and MSR technology Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and safety regulations Excellent communication skills, enforcement strength and a hands-on mentality Negotiating skills and ability to moderation Joy in the active takeover of responsibility and making decisions Very good English skills in word and writing
