Completed studies in business, law, sustainability, governance, risk management or a comparable subject Professional experience in compliance, risk management, sustainability / ESG or internal control systems Knowledge of relevant legal requirements, in particular in the field of compliance risk management and adjacent regulatory systems (e.g. CSRD / ESRS, LkSG / CSDDD) Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into pragmatic processes Compliance, ESG, supply chain) in a consistent overall picture
