As a (Senior) Recruitment Consultant (gn) at PageGroup, you are actively working with clients and candidates from the outset, advising within the framework of holistic recruitment projects and developing personal solutions together with HR and specialist departments. You select appropriate specialist and executives, control application processes and conduct interviews and contract negotiations at the highest level. Sales & Account Management: Establish loyal business relationships with different companies. Continuous exchange with decision-makers (management, personnel and specialist departments). Develop an understanding of the business strategy and the organizational structure and corporate culture of your clients. First contact person:in for recruitment questions and obtaining searchman data based on your personality. Management of fee and contract negotiations. Candidate Management: Build a loadable network on the candidate page. Developing an understanding of the specialized profiles in your market segment and advising applicants: in terms of their life and career planning. Conducting selection calls (telephone, virtual and live) with candidate:inside and assessing their accuracy for your customers. Project and Process Management: Control of the entire recruitment process, from the company's request via the candidate search to the brokerage conclusion.
