We are now looking for a number of masters in building management in full time in Nuremberg, Munich and Frankfurt to support our customers.

Means of payment from 16,00 €/h + supplements

Your tasks:

• Complete care and care of the object

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of technical building equipment

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations

• Reporting of repair requirements and warranty cases to the object line

• Checking the proper execution of contractually agreed services

• Regular control procedures for inspection and identification and troubleshooting

Your profile:

• years of experience with driving licence class B

• EDV Basic knowledge

• Experience in crafts
