In your working day: Head of IT- Field Service in the Landesverband an ca. 100 locations and for approximately 8500 main and volunteer colleagues Ensuring operational IT operations on site Management and further development of the teams in the field service on site in the Landesverband Continuous development of local IT services as part of nationwide IT governance Interface for regional stakeholders & RVOs for their IT requirements Measurement, analysis and evaluation of the field service IT services on site using KPIs Implementation of nationwide projects and targets Economic planning and implementation of a life-cycle management at all levels for the nationwide field service

Complete university or technical college studies in business informatics or business or comparable training with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience Experience gained in the organization and control of IT departments and in IT-Change management and digital transformation in medium to large companies Embossed experience in (multi-)project management and leadership of teams, departments and external service providers High level of analytical thinking, team capacity, service orientation and independent work Very good communication and organizational capabilities as well as high flexibility and durability Experience in working with decentralized structures in the group environment and willingness to travel in the region
