Your motivated team is looking forward to your new leadership. Together you are responsible for the areas of electrical engineering & automation, IT and energy management. Your responsibility is to create concepts and forward-looking work strategies for automation and digitalization. In addition to the professional and disciplinary team management, you will take over the principal project management of automation projects including the required reporting. You use your knowledge in PLC programming (Step7 / Allen Bradley / TIA Portal) and HMI systems (Wonderware System Platform) as well as configuration of associated IT infrastructures. The support of subsystems at the site (MES, PLS and other software/applications) is also part of your tasks. Last but not least, you will train your colleagues:in the Department of Engineering and Maintenance, building up and out the knowledge of electrical engineering, automation and IT.

You have completed a study with relevant degree (e.g. automation technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering) or a comparable training (e.g. specialist system integration with advanced technicians). After that, you have been working in a comparable task for several years and have gained well-founded professional experience in the field of automation technology and the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees. You also know very well with MS Office, operating data acquisition, data archiving and maintenance, database systems (MS-SQL / Oracle) and SAP. You will also bring good knowledge of network technology, IT infrastructures, virtualized server environments, thin client management, SQL and OPC. Your personality is characterized by a good judgment, coordination and communication capability as well as a high service orientation. Your work is structured, targeted and team-oriented. Your profile is rounded off by very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
