As a team leader, you are responsible for the management of the Lean team at the production site Bielefeld. You are able to create a valuable, inspiring and performance-promoting working environment. Promotion of talents, feedback and health awareness are of course for you. In line with Lean wishes, the central theme is the recognition and abandonment of waste around the entire value creation process. With your team, you will assist the managers of the work and assist them in achieving their goals. You make sure that Shopfloor Management and TPM are lived in high quality in everyday business. The further development of both systems as well as the introduction of other Lean modules are supported with appropriate training and consulting services. You represent the factory manager in individual projects. You participate in the exchange of experiences between the Oetker Group's production sites. You also have contacts with universities, research institutions and consulting companies.

You have a degree in economic engineering, industrial production management or a comparable qualification/training. You will also bring relevant experience in managing a team in the production environment. You have gained several years of professional experience in managing and implementing Lean projects in the production environment. You also have a well-founded knowledge of Lean methods and convince your environment by a pronounced organizational talent as well as by your pronounced analytical skills. With your hands-on mentality and your persuasiveness, you can motivate employees in the production environment and actively promote change. You convince by your strong leadership skills and your own initiative. You count your enforcing power to your other strengths. A high level of communication and conflict resolution capability is what distinguishes you. Your international readiness as well as your very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
