You will get the opportunity to help with exciting projects in international trade. You learn how projects are planned, organized and implemented. From the first idea to the finished solution. You support the team in coordination and follow the progress of the projects. You will be introduced into the world of product development and assist the team in introducing new products. You learn how to analyze products, bring them to the market and pursue their success. You will learn a lot about the needs of customers and the planning of new products. You help us ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality requirements. You learn how to develop processes for quality assurance and how to continuously improve quality and from the first step to the final product. You help the team analyze market trends and understand what is needed in the international market. You will independently take on small tasks and create reports that help the team make important decisions. You work closely with various departments and are always in the exchange with colleagues: in order to learn how everything is connected and how to solve problems together. You will be trained in how to keep an overview of all processes and work in a structured manner to complete projects on time and in the best quality.

You have recently completed the school and are motivated to take your first steps in the professional world. You are interested in business and international markets. You are a creative mind that works and loves to solve tasks independently. You are open to new challenges and have fun working in a dynamic environment. You like to go to people, communicate clearly and want to exchange you on different topics. You already have first experiences in dealing with the computer and common programs such as MS Office. You speak very well German (C2 Level) and have basic English skills.
