As an in-house consultant SAP HCM Payroll (m/w/d), you are responsible for the support and further development of the SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on Payroll (PY) and proportional personnel administration (PA). You work in an established HR team and actively shape the transformation of the existing SAP HCM landscape on SAP S/4HANA as well as the perspective of a future cloud solution. In doing so, you combine professional SAP-Customizing with process optimization and are a competent contact person for the HR-related areas. Description

Situation on site: The position is organised in the HR sector. Professional SAP customizing, schemes and rules are being held within the HR department, while technical developments are being implemented by central IT. Currently, the SAP HCM system is still in the on-prem world, but migration to S4 HANA is underway. The position arises due to a re-emergence, since the long-term job owner goes into retirement. You work in a twelve-headed team (distributed to both locations, 6/6) and report directly to the head of the billing. Together, you are responsible for the central control of approximately 27,000 monthly pay bills. Your tasks Support and continuous development of the SAP HCM system landscape with focus on Payroll (PY) Customizing in SAP HCM especially in the modules PA and PY Creation and maintenance of schemes and rules within the pay bill Analysis and optimization of existing HR and Payroll processes Quality assurance within the pay bill Installation and maintenance of information types Definition and optimization of rules for the handling of objects Advising the HR specialist areas in technical questions Implementation of 3rd level support in the Payroll environment Participation in migration to SAP S/4HANA Perspective cooperation in the selection or Introduction of a Future Cloud Solution Cooperation with adjacent departments Local travel between the two locations Perspectively possible control of external service providers
