Your task:

• Support and representation of care services in organizational, professional and personnel matters

• Participation in personnel management, service planning and quality assurance

• Ensuring demand-oriented, quality-oriented care according to legal requirements and internal standards

• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of quality management

• Active cooperation in care

• Participation in preparing and accompanying MD tests

Your profile:

• They have completed training in health care (care specialist, elderly care professional)

• Management experience

• Willingness to take responsibility

• Responsible, structured and independent operation

• Ability and interest to convey professional knowledge

• Communication strength, training skills and team skills

• Secure and routined handling of Microsoft Office applications
