Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the preparatory billing of charges and ensure a correct and timely settlement. You are responsible for reports, evaluations and audits (e.g. social security, authorities, bAV-related audits) and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You work closely with tax advisors, insurers and other external partners and ensure smooth communication. You actively participate in the optimization of payroll processes and systems used. You are the first respondent to the topic bAV, including notifications and cancellations, contract management, payment conversions and coordination with external utilities.

You have completed a commercial training or a study in the field of business, economic law, human resources management or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded experience in preparing pay billing as well as in the baV administration. You have knowledge of the right to work, tax and social security, or you have the motivation to develop yourself in these areas. You are safe to use common HR software solutions (ideally Workday) and MS Office. You work precisely, structured and self-responsively and keep an overview of complex issues.
