Then create a new QA Enablement Team with us and ensure sustainable quality, efficient test processes and transparent releases in the e-commerce environment!

Together with us, you build a new QA Enablement Team and develop central quality standards and methods for all e-commerce development teams. Together with the product teams, you develop a uniform QA strategy, define quality guidelines and ensure their sustainable implementation in all teams. You develop test concepts, implement them and establish automated test processes. You enable development teams methodically, conceptually, but also support the operational test implementation. You coordinate end-to-end tests, releases and go-live processes. You are a central contact for all QA topics and promote a uniform understanding of quality. You define quality KPIs and make quality visible

You have at least. 5 years of experience in software testing, masters the current QA methods and has a profound knowledge in test design and test strategy – even in complex system landscapes You have worked in agile software teams and have the necessary moderation and coaching skills to enable them to professional tests The handling of test management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, qTest) is of course for you. You bring communication strength, team leadership skills and a hands-on mentality. You have an ISTQB certification (min. Foundation Level) Good knowledge of English and knowledge of eCommerce complete your profile.
