About your internship: The Deutsche Bank internship is designed to help you develop your skills with training and continuous support. You can build a wide network of colleagues from different areas of our bank. About Investment Bank: Corporate Finance Debt Capital Markets (DCM): Our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) division offers the entire range of consulting and financing products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our customers include large and medium-sized companies, supranational institutes, states and funding banks. We know that choosing the right partner in investment banking can be the key to the success of an issue. Our customers benefit from the expertise of our expert teams for the various products that specialize in developing high-quality customer solutions. Our offer includes the distribution of debt securities on the primary market and the syndication, structuring solutions for hybrid capital and ESG-bonded emissions, acquisition financing, consortium loans, alternative financing (e.g. securitisation) and liability management. We advise our global customers on innovative treasury financing solutions.

You work on projects that help our customers to implement their financing plans and solve complex treasury questions. Your daily tasks vary depending on the role: you analyze the bond market, help create marketing materials for a customer pitch and support the team in its daily work or are involved in carrying out a transaction on the capital markets. When working in ongoing projects and strategic cooperation with customers, your learning curve will be steep. You gather international experiences and profit from the fact that leaders and mentors can help you with advice and orientation. You learn from the best, develop professionally and personally, creating an ideal basis for later specialization.
