Nursing assistant (m/f/d)

What we expect from you: As a nursing assistant (m/w/d), you actively shape the everyday life of our customers and at the same time support our team in the daily routine. Your tasks include: Advice: You advise those in need of care and their relatives personally and sensitively. Support and everyday support: You enter our customers at home and accompany them out of the house. You support your everyday life and basic care. Introduction and team support: You participate in the integration of new support staff and support your team in everyday work. Organization and quality: You help with the organization of care and contribute to compliance with our quality standards.

Your qualifications: At least a one-year training as a nursing assistant or an old nursing assistant. empathy and social competence. A sympathetic and esteeming appearance. Driving license and own car of advantage. The willingness to participate in a growing company.
