What do you expect? Focus on pure risk analysis: You will concentrate 100% on the business of commercial real estate – without contract creation or new business administration – and you will report fund-raising assets (incl. § 18 KWG). Responsibility for your portfolio: You accompany exciting construction projects from the perspective of the risk controlling, first set out ratings and always have a look at your own customers as to whether a slate is taking place. A strong, self-organized team: a very dedicated team of specialists awaits you, which is largely self-organised in small microteams, while the leadership is supported as a savings partner if necessary. What are you doing? Business studies or bank training, ideally with 1–3 years of experience in the real estate or banking sector – or a direct entry as an analytically strong* graduate. Embossed analytical skills and passion to deepen into facts and ask specific questions. Strong conviction, strategic thinking and action as well as a clear joy of decision. A grounded, open-minded and communicative personality that dynamically advances the team without having to focus on it. A high degree of initiative, self-organization and reliable self-management.
