As Director of Testing and Analytics (m/w/d), you monitor and shape the test landscape at CMBlu and play a key role in the development and commercialization of state-of-the-art energy storage technologies. You conduct the testing operation as well as chemical and electrochemical analysis. You use your expertise on high-throughput tests and battery tests and promote the professionalization of these processes in cooperation with your teams. Vote the progress and KPIs of the team to the corporate goals and provide effective communication between technical and non-technical departments. Strategic supervision and excellent guidance on all test, analytical and battery-related processes. You conduct test and battery-related activities and ensure that high standards are complied with while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. Motivate and guide the R&E teams to make their testing processes more efficient and effective to ensure fast and reliable results. ensure seamless, coordinated and fault-free tests in the laboratory and at module level for battery operation. Supervisional, continuous and accurate analysis procedures for chemicals and other battery components. You report to the line about the results and communicate them via the relevant interfaces. You ensure that the legal and regulatory requirements for the operation of the test laboratory are met. Support and develop team members and support their technical and professional skills. Your profile Completion in chemistry, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable area. At least 5 years of professional experience, including leadership tasks. Proven expertise in battery tests and high throughput tests. Skilled planning, performing and evaluating tests, with leadership experience in both test and battery operation. Knowledge of measurement/control technology and data analysis. You speak German and English fluently (in word and writing). Strong team player with flexibility and careful working. High commitment and exceptional leadership qualities.
