Manager (m/d) (debate group 10 TV-L)

in the amount of 100 % of the regular working time, first fixed by 30 December 2026. It is a parental representation. An extension is possible. independent processing of legal themes (e.g. admission decisions or extrustation procedures) Further development of the university legal bases in the field of admission and student administration, taking into account the relevant federal and state law and in close coordination with other areas concerned Skills for selected courses incl. Information of students interested, applicants and students Cross-sectoral networking with e.g. faculties, central student advice, PLAZ, other fields Participation in the legal process design in the field of admission management and student administration

A completed study (Bachelor) or the qualification for the category 2, the first entry office in the non-technical administration service or a comparable qualification (e.g. a training for the administration specialist with subsequent qualification for the administration specialist or qualification in the course of the H2 course etc.) Multiannual professional experience in dealing with legal issues Ideal knowledge of admission procedures for applicants Self-employed, careful and service-oriented working methods as well as strong team skills Experience with campus management systems and/or university administration desirable
