You take over the control and planning of your customer support team and always have the key figures and goals in mind. The raising of key figures and deriving measures is also part of your responsibility. You'll start corresponding reports and drive for the implementation of the operational goals in your team. You ensure effective performance management and a recurring review process. The focus is on efficient, systematic and quality-protected customer care. For continuous professional and overtime development of your team in close cooperation with the training and support area.

Completed training or completed studies You have already gained first experience in a comparable position as a manager or you are ready for the next step. You work profit-oriented and are motivated to achieve goals together with your team. You bring a hand-on mentality with entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of numbers. A pronounced analytical capacity completes your profile. You have excellent communication.
