Own-responsible construction monitoring and construction supervision of demanding road, civil engineering, engineering construction projects from planning to commissioning and compliance with technical, economic and legal requirements Coordinating all construction activities and monitoring of the plants (e.g. earthwork, asphalt construction, dewatering, engineering construction and special deep construction) Professional leadership and further development of the construction management team across all plants Economic development of the construction projects, management and monitoring of the construction design and coordination of the internal and external project participants Creating project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, preferably with the deepening of civil engineering and road construction, engineering construction, construction/construction management or a qualification as a technician/master with reference to construction Multiannual experience in the construction management of demanding road and civil engineering projects Secure knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. VOB, HOAI) Very good German and sufficient English knowledge in word and writing desirable for exchange with international partners and customers High level of communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement ability as well as fingertips in handling customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders Project-related readiness within Germany Class B valid driving licence
