You continuously develop cross-group processes in the area of HR Operations with a focus on Payroll. You accompany the introduction, optimization and standardization of SAP SuccessFactors at the German locations. You analyze and optimize existing payroll and HR processes together with the departments and transfer them to standardized, digital processes. You control subprojects within the HR transformation and coordinate cooperation with internal and external contacts. You advise specialist areas and HR colleagues on digital HR processes and support the introduction of new solutions. You understand the operational payroll processes at the sites, act as an interface between HR Operations, Payroll and IT and actively accompany change processes. You train users in dealing with SAP SuccessFactors, promote the sustainable use of new processes and systems and, thanks to your empathy, also respond to the fears or concerns of users.
You have successfully completed their studies, for example in business administration, human resources management or business informatics, or a completed commercial vocational training with corresponding training or a comparable qualification. You bring at least five years of professional experience in HR Operations and Payroll. You have well-founded knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
