Field Support Engineer - Powerline / Smart Energy (m/f/d)

You provide technical support for our broadband powerline products in the areas of planning, installation and optimization You are running Netzmonteure (w/m/d) when installing our powerline products on site You are also responsible for the further development of connection material. You help coordinate broadband powerline pilot projects You are interface between customers (w/m/d) and our internal departments (product management, order management etc.) and support colleagues (w/m/d) in the projects with customers and partners (w/m/d) in the use of our products

You have a training as an electrician/electronicser (w/m/d) for operating technology or energy technology, a study of electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology or a comparable qualification You have practical experience with energy suppliers, in assembly in low-voltage networks or meter assembly Experiences in working under tension (AuS) are advantageous You have fun dealing with customers (w/m/d) You are powerful, team-ready and work independently and structured You have a class B driving licence Very good German knowledge and basic English skills are advantageous
