Support of the Managing Director - Your main task is the support and advice of the Managing Director /CFO of ADAC Air Rescue in all aspects of the individual business sectors, key business management, IT and strategy. You support the development of internal regulations within air rescue and subsidiaries. You will start challenging presentations for management and accompany the management level on business trips as well as on representative occasions. Responsibleness – You are responsible for the procurement and analysis of information and data on management-relevant topics. You prepare decision-making and decision-making templates, as well as review and validate their content carefully and provide the basis for sound decisions. In addition, you are actively contributing to the continuous development and securing of our corporate governance. Interface Function - In your interface function, you are responsible for the smooth communication and coordination of workflows between employees, colleagues (m/w/d), bodies, international partner organisations, cooperation partners and external service providers. Projects - As part of your activity, you actively participate in ADAC air rescue projects and participate in their implementation. In addition, you support special tasks and get involved with your ideas.

The theory sits – you have a very successful degree in economics, technology or finance, ideally with a master's degree. Qualifications – You bring a well-founded understanding of economic relationships, enthuse you for strategy topics and enjoy working on new topics. In addition, you are characterized by a pronounced numerical understanding and you have above-average analytical and conceptual skills. Communication – Flowing German and English skills (at least on C1 level), pronounced rhetorical skills, as well as a very good expressiveness in word and writing characterize you. IT knowledge – You have a safe handling of popular MS Office programs and very good knowledge in dealing with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
