As a digital architect with a focus on AI (m/w/d) with a focus on AI design and optimize the digital transformation of the company, conduct complex and agile projects and act as a consultant for executives in the development of AI-based digital business models. You are driving forward the digital transformation of MVV Energie with a focus on “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) and have a significant impact on the formulation of a comprehensive AI target You derive architectural principles for AI (in accordance with the Enterprise Architecture) You identify and standardise suitable AI tools and technologies in coordination with the internal IT service provider and users in the business areas You take over the operational and strategic management of transformation projects in which you integrate stakeholders from different hierarchical levels and disciplines You support the further development and alignment of our Digital Empowerment team and promote the development of digital competence in the organization, in particular in the field of AI You develop the virtual matrix organization for AI in the MVV Group and expand company-wide knowledge networks and digital communities to strengthen innovation and cooperation

Complete master's degree in the field of natural sciences/engineering, computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, in particular in AI algorithms, machine learning, neural networks and deep learning, complemented by a broad technology competence in the fields of data and automation Experience in the management of complex, agile projects and/or in the user-centric product development at the interface between disciplines and IT, complemented by knowledge in data science and energy processes Comprehensive communication skills, analytical skills and enforcement skills Enthusiasm for innovative solutions and user-centric product development German and English skills
