Coordination and monitoring of processes for the new customer installation Logistics/Customer Service for Transdisciplinary Process Changes and Projects Central control and coordination of customer relocations and monitoring of implementation Optimization and further development of existing processes in order processing Processing, coordination and monitoring of orders from external IAM customers Creating analyses and evaluations as an assessment basis for additional customer requirements as well as coordinating, controlling and monitoring their implementation Evaluation and monitoring of logistics KPIs (delivery, residue volume, availability, quality) and initiation of improvement measures

Education: Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in the distribution environment Expertise: Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications Funded knowledge in the SAP module SD (preferably KeyUser) and in handling the aftermarket EDI platform TecCom Experience in handling the SAP modules MM, WM and APO User knowledge of Salesforce desirable
