Service technician field service for water dispensers (m/f/d)

We're looking for the water deserter. You can cook coffee. But who manages to get fresh, chilled, sparkling water out of the tap every day in hundreds of offices, workshops and canteens – hygienicly perfect, without dragging, without plastic bottles, without discussion? Right. You.

As a service technician (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) for water dispensers, you are not the plumber of service with us, but the reason why our customers keep a cool head in every situation. You build up, you hold in shot, check, wait and repair. When a device strikes, you are the one to which everyone is waiting for salvation in the lunch break. Your station is the region, your office is the customer service vehicle – and if a device needs more attention, it comes to our workshop.

Your tasks include the installation, commissioning and transfer of water dispensers to our customers on site You are responsible for the maintenance, hygienization and filter change according to the applicable hygiene regulations You are responsible for error analyses, repairs and repairs at the customer's premises Occasional processing and testing of equipment in our workshop, if repair is not possible on site, is also part of your tasks You are the face of Hofmann with the customer: you explain, you advise, you leave a good impression

Successfully completed training as a mechatronic, plant mechanic SHK, motor vehicle mechanic, automotive electrician, electronic engineer or comparable qualification You bring technical understanding of water, refrigeration and electrical engineering with – experience with water dispensers or Kärcher devices is a plus, but no need: We bring it to you You work cleanly and carefully – there is no “fits already” in drinking water You have sufficient IT knowledge for documentation and service reports You have a driving licence class B/BE You enjoy customer contact and desire for a team in which open feedback, dynamics and agility are not word sleeves
