The Account Manager is responsible for a defined geographical area (Great Berlin) and its assigned customers. It is responsible for the order intake/conversion budget in compliance with the price guidelines. This includes the organisation and planning of measures to increase order intake/conversion, to attract new customers and to introduce new products and systems. The account manager knows the needs of its customers and ensures that You are met as best as possible.

You are mainly responsible for:

Acquisition of customers (defined target groups) for ABB and construction or Care of an intensive customer relationship Developing and ensuring individual, solution- and value-oriented cooperation between ABB and customers Commercial negotiations and agreements at decision-making level with growth orientation for customers and ABB (Further) Development of the customer target group with regard to technical and marketing-related competence of our product and system solutions Continuous optimization of cooperation with focus on individual needs Management of customer feedback and its introduction to the organization Ensuring the use of ABB software tools/configurators by the customer

Training as electric master, electric engineer or commercial training with technical affinity Experience in the distribution of technical products and systems is desirable Expansion of the existing network Knowledge of the electrical wholesale trade and the electrical installation market in Germany Very good German knowledge
