You are actively addressing new partners, pleading existing partnerships. prepare documents, discussions and negotiations. processes reliably lead to signature. keeps up, stay on it and make for clarity. presents the organization professionally to the outside.

Financial advice for regional coordinators

You... give orientation, structure and security. understands budgets and funding logics. stabilizes processes, meets clear agreements. bundles questions and helps with quick, resilient decisions. You are the central player for financing issues in the area.

Conveyor billing and calculation

You calculate investment and financial plans for applications, funds and evidence of use for foundations and social security funds. assign costs correctly. ensures compliance with different conveying logics. works closely with accounting, project and program managers and management. documents as transparent and compliant.

Controlling and Financial Control You keep the overall picture in sight.

You... develop and monitor budget and financial plans. Taxes liquidity and accompanies monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. combines strategic planning with operational implementation. ensures transparency to the board, management and team.

Complete study or comparable qualification in the field of BWL, financial management, nonprofit management or controlling. Experience in funding management, controlling or financial management. Very safe in dealing with financial and budgetary plans. Analytical thinking, structured working, numerical strength. Joy of clear communication and advice. Reliability, accuracy and care. High independence and professionalism in external contact.
