For an innovative technology company in machine and plant engineering, we are now looking for two NC programmers (m/w/d) für den Standort Hamburg-Bergedorf.

Here you work on demanding components, bring your experience into CNC programming and ensure that precise results are produced from ideas, drawings and models.

♪ Your tasks

• Create NC programs for CNC milling centers and CNC lathes.
• You program complex components with CAD/CAM software in 2D and 3D.
• You check technical drawings and 3D-models and adjust them as needed.
• You simulate production processes and recognize collisions early.
• You define machining strategies, tools and clamping means.
• You test NC programs and optimize them in terms of quality, runtime and cost.
• You analyze errors and continuously develop manufacturing processes.
• You provide process and manufacturing data in the relevant systems.

♪ That's what you bring

• Multiannual professional experience in cutting complex components
• Very good knowledge of CNC milling or CNC turning
• Experience with 3D programming systems, ideally OPUS
• Very good understanding of NC programs and NC texts
• Knowledge in Siemens and/or Röders controls is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of CAD, ideally Siemens NX
• Knowledge in MS Office, Teams and SAP
