We are convinced that AI will change the care world sustainably – and you can actively shape this change. You will inspire the EHS for AI innovations and give impulses to use. You plan and tax AI projects independently and keep all participants up to date, such as project teams, bodies and external partners. You accompany projects from idea to successful implementation. You are testing new AI solutions technically and economically, evaluating their benefits for the EHS, comparing providers and researching trends on the market. You make sure that data protection, data security, and other rules are complied with, and that you carry out appropriate checks.

Complete studies or a comparable qualification – for example in Data Science, (economic) informatics, mathematics or a similar subject area Interest in AI topics such as robotics, machine learning and natural language processing – also in the context of nursing applications Economic basic understanding, ideally with a view to the peculiarities of the healthcare industry Experience in managing projects Structured operation and strong communication skills
