The focus is on the holistic control of internal resource and capacity management within the Verticals Industry A key focus is on the planning, control and optimization of the utilization of consultants over ongoing and planned projects. The active disposition of internal and external resources takes place in close coordination with Project, Area and Verticals guidelines You support short- and medium-term personnel and deployment planning and analyze Bench and free capacity to derive appropriate measures For quote and project queries, you will bring your expertise to resource availability and skills matching The basis for sound decisions is the creation, maintenance and interpretation of utilisation and forecast reports You act as a central interface between business, delivery, HR, recruiting and management When analyzing existing resource management processes, you identify automation potentials and actively promote improvements in cooperation with relevant stakeholders This role does not require regular missions. You can do your tasks mainly from our office or remotely

A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable degree course is your technical basis Multiannual professional experience in the consulting environment, ideally related to resource, project or portfolio management, forms the basis for this role A very good understanding of consulting and project structures as well as a pronounced IT affinity enable you to quickly orientation in complex customer, project and system contexts Experience in controlling near- and offshore resources as well as subcontractors is already taking you along and deploying them in different project constellations A secure and convincing communicative appearance at all management levels is one of your personal strengths Through an analytical and structured way of working as well as a high degree of reliability, you convince in the daily project business Embossed organisational and coordination skills help you to control parallel tasks and voting in a sovereign manner Strengthened competencies in the digitization/automatization of operational processes and with AI-based workflows You have very good knowledge in MS Excel; Experiences with MRP or resource management tools are advantageous Very good knowledge of German (from C1 level) and good knowledge of English complete your profile
