You play a central role in the design planning, tendering and construction monitoring of demanding construction projects You work in a versatile environment that encompasses projects from commercial construction and industrial construction, monument care, housing and single-family houses You focus on the implementation and implementation of construction projects You create detailed execution plans, accompany tenders and awards and ensure that projects are implemented in a timely, economical and high quality within the framework of construction monitoring. You have a degree in architecture (Dipl. Ing. / M.A. / M.Sc.) You have well-founded knowledge and at least 3 years of professional experience in the LPH 5-8 You are professionally involved in common computer programs and OrcaAVA You are sovereign and safe in dealing with builders:inside, construction companies and specialist planners:inside You have good knowledge of German in word and writing You are motivated, working structured and independent You work precisely, independently and solution-oriented You have a love for architecture, are rich in ideas and creative
