Team Leader (m/w/d) Controlling & Accounting

Our client is an internationally operating industrial company specializing in technical components and system solutions. The company develops and produces innovative products for various industries, including automation technology, rail transport and industrial control systems. Against this background, my client offers the position of the team leader (m/w/d) controlling and accounting. This position is an age succession. In this position, you lead a small team of three professionals. For this reason, we are looking for a financial expert (m/w/d) who likes to take part himself and does not rule out the ivory tower.

Place of use: Essen

Head of the financial team and ensure efficient processes. Responsibility for accounting, financial statements (HGB) and tax matters. Analysis of financial status, optimization of cash flow and risk management. Creation and monitoring of sales and financial budgets and implementation of the sales controller. Development of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures. Precise financial analyses and reports for management. Coordination of cooperation with auditors, banks and authorities.

Complete studies in the field of financial management, business management or a comparable qualification (e.g. balance sheet accounting) with relevant experience. Knowledge of local and international accounting standards. Experience in a dynamic, international environment. Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) as well as pronounced Excel knowledge. Leadership and experience in team management and project management. Individually responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
