The 18- to 24-month, Germany-wide Hilti career program for Sales & Marketing is a unique national development program where you take real responsibility from the start. You start as Sales Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin and the surrounding area and have the prospect of reaching a target position in marketing at one of our main locations.

Your tasks The sales & marketing career program is individually tailored to you and prepares you for a versatile career with us. You start as Sales Manager (m/w/d) and get to know our core business, sales, firsthand:

You're on your way five days a week to inspire your own customers. You meet them at their locations – whether at construction sites, workshops or offices. You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. Kaltakquise is not available with us: One of your core tasks is the support of your existing regional customer base as well as the intensive care and deepening of our partnership relationships. The 18 to 24 months program is diverse and challenging, with individual coaching and direct mentoring through a head of marketing. In the second year, you will take a marketing project in parallel to your activity in the field service to further expand your experience and network in the marketing team. You get to know your strengths better and, together with your mentor, decide which target position in marketing (e.g. Trademarking Manager, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, etc.) best fits you.

You have a completed master's degree, ideally focusing on business or marketing. You may have collected first experience abroad or completed a semester abroad. You want to work with your mentor through intensive coaching on your strengths and constantly develop. For your next career step, you bring Germany-wide readiness to move. You have a high self-motivation, result orientation, good self- and time management as well as pronounced communication strength in German and English
