Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you independently tax the commercial administration of demanding commercial properties. Object support & Controlling: You are responsible for cost- and budget-oriented object management including the creation of annual object budgets and monthly reporting. Renter management: You take the master data build and care, monitor the contracts and are the first contact person in the tenant communication around all contractual rights and obligations. Rental management: The creation and renewal of rental contracts is in your hand. Property and rental booking: You prepare the accounting – including auditing and checking of accounts, confirmation, target position, monitoring of the rental income collection and receivable management. Contract management: You take care of the service and insurance management for the objects. Maintenance: You process deficiencies, deal with insurance damage and work closely with the technical building management.

. 6-7 years of professional experience in property management (or comparable activities) of residential and commercial real estate assets. Good knowledge of rental contract law. You are convinced by a goal-oriented and team-oriented way of working, pronounced self-initiative and high flexibility. A safe, friendly appearance is yours. Routinized handling of current MS Office applications Advanced knowledge in iX-Haus Ready to travel regularly to the objects you care for. Very good German knowledge (min.
