Your tasks:

• Set up welding robots: You equip the welding robots, prepare the required parts and materials, Before and adjust the parameters.
• Finish and check first parts: you finish the first part, carefully check it for quality, correct if necessary and release it for series production.
• Quality control: You carry controls with different Measuring means, documenting the results and ensuring that our high quality standards are adhered to.
• Parameter optimization & rework: You adapt welding parameters, monitors the robots as needed and performs rework to ensure fault-free production.
• Error analysis & development: You analyze errors, corrects errors and accompanies continuous improvement our robot welding processes.
• Process optimization: You actively introduce ideas to process Area robot welding more efficient, safer and qualitative to design more high-quality.
• Disruption management: You eliminate disruptions to machines independent or co-ordinating their elimination to To avoid production failures.
• Maintenance & cleaning: You carry planned maintenance and cleaning and care for the proper condition of plants.
• Tool monitoring: You monitor the tools used with regard to wear, functionality and quality, ensure smooth production processes.

Your profile :

• Technical training or experience: You have a completed Training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machine and plant leader or industrial mechanic. Alternatively you bring several years practical experience in the metal sector with.
• CNC and machine knowledge: You know how to handle CNC machines and ideally have experience with their Programming.
• Technical drawings & documentation: You read technical Drawings safe, can implement work plans and documentation make correct.
• Metal machining & machine guidance: You bring experience in metalworking or in the guidance of machinery and equipment with and know what's going on in practice.
• Layered readiness: You are flexible and ready in one Two-layer system to work.
• Measuring equipment & quality control: The use of measuring means is trust you, you'll check and make sure that all parts meet our quality standards.
• Self-employed & meticulously: You work independently, structured and always look at accuracy and highest Quality.
• Responsibility & Responsibility: You know Challenges early, troubleshoots or coordinates the solutions and actively contributes to process optimization.
