You are responsible for the internal planning and coordination with different subjects, in which case you are responsible for the management in relation to technical data packets (e.g. drawing sets, BOM, test specifications), the sampling according to EN 9102 and the definition of the input and output control. In addition, you plan and control cooperation with external suppliers in order to implement contractual services, to coordinate feasibility studies, initial sampling (FAI) and to monitor delivery dates and capacity analyses. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring the defined input and output control as well as the proactive clarification of delivery bottlenecks, misuses or late deliveries to ensure the delivery capacity. You prepare and monitor detailed timetables for critical miles, including measurement and test planning, the provision of test equipment and individual parts, the know-how transfer and the implementation of product audits. In addition, you will coordinate the claim management in the case of contractual obligations, document and follow all relevant measures and organize regular internal and external transfer of work meetings.

You have a successful degree in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering or follow-up technology or a comparable qualification. You have several years of specific professional experience in the field of electronics production, as well as in the shift of working parts and assemblies. A corresponding qualification in the field of project management is desirable. You are sure to deal with MS Office and SAP and are characterised by good English skills.
