End-to-End Responsibility for Operational Order Processing (E2E) within the Competence Center Discipline and professional leadership of all employees in the assigned Order Center according to modern guiding principles with focus on independent and result-oriented work Operational management of the Order Center consisting of order management, production control and material disposition Responsibility for the overall planning and monitoring of the production programme, including material and capacity planning, in close coordination with manufacturing, S&OP and purchasing Ensuring professional customer support as part of production and delivery date control Development and optimization of planning and control processes Escalation management and ensure professional, proactive and transparent customer communication Total responsibility for compliance with the planning costs of production orders Total responsibility for the timely processing of all customer and serial orders Planning and ensuring the supply of storage material (worldwide) Close coordination with the other Order Center Heads for a CC-wide uniform process processing

Graduate/Master/ Bachelor in Business Administration or Economic Engineering Multiannual leadership experience in supply chain, production control, order processing or production Detectable successes in the introduction of systematic planning structures and the optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, timeliness and resource use. The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, North Rhine-Westphalia. The gross annual fee is about €74,500 for a weekly working time of 35 hours plus special tariff payments. The entitlement to this varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
