Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the organization of production processes

• Production and monitoring of high-quality bakery and confectionery products
• Planning and control of processes
• Ensuring our quality, hygiene and production standards
• Optimization of workflows and production processes
• Development and implementation of new products and recipes
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and smooth operations

• completed master qualification as baker or confectioner master
• multi-year professional experience required
• sound knowledge of baker or baker Confectionery
