Sales Manager - Tax & Accounting Software (m/f/d)

In this varied position, you are especially responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as for the maintenance of existing customers for our ADDISON software solution in our tax consulting target markets.

Through the targeted identification of customer needs, you encourage the increase in productivity as well as profitability of customers - in particular through our innovative solutions to digitize work processes

In close cooperation with our consulting team, you motivate our customers to continuously develop their processes

After migration, you take care and advice of our customers

Thanks to regular and close contact with the customers, you develop an understanding of their individual needs and can offer you more suitable solutions

When you upgrade our software, you will analyze the existing customer base and identify upsell potentials

The fulfillment of your sales goals and the further development of your sales area are your responsibility

You present our company and our software portfolio at decision-making level

After completion of an economic study (BWL, Economics, etc.) or a commercial training (e.g. for/for tax specialists), you can already present several years of experience of a comparable activity in the software or a related industry.

You like to work intensively and in the long term with customers, are loyal and understand to build sustainable and reliable business relationships

You know how to deal with social media channels and understand how to use the networks profitably

You love to communicate and are very happy with your customers and interested parties

As a good team player (m/w/d) with a high sense of responsibility, you still work independently and proceed methodically and pragmatically

You have very good German knowledge (C1/C2) in word and writing

High readiness for travel in West Germany, which extends over North Rhine-Westphalia (it is about the PLZ areas 40, 41, 42, 57, 58, 59)
