To support the Human Resources department, we are looking for a:n

HR Controller (m/d)

They support the implementation and development of operational and strategic HR control They work in the preparation of annual personnel costs and headcount planning as well as quarterly forecasts in close cooperation with the financial department and the departments with They create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, including the calculation of personalised provisions and demarcations, auditing of accounts and performing deviation analyses You create regular reports, perform ad-hoc evaluations, analyze HR metrics and derive recommendations for action They work with the initiation of modern instruments and processes of personnel controlling They support building business intelligence solutions You work in (international) HR projects around HR controlling, digitization and workflow automation

They have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience You have already gained at least 5 years of professional experience in HR Controlling or HR Business Partnering with strong reference to HR Controlling You have a high IT affinity and a good understanding of HR-related data, as well as very good MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SAP HCM knowledge, ideally you could also gain experience in MS Power BI Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in the areas of automation, data configuration and modeling They have very good analytical and conceptual skills They are characterized by above-average teamability and a structured and accurate way of working You have very good German and English skills
