Responsibility for purchasing various construction services Selection of suppliers and negotiation of purchase contracts and conditions Rating of offers, quality and value for money Cost control and optimization of the purchasing budget Cooperation with internal departments to ensure appropriate quality Close coordination with our costing department to optimize purchase prices, performance directories and project budgets Continuous observation of market, price and supplier developments Participation in the standardization and optimization of purchasing processes

Successfully completed vocational training in technical or commercial matters Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, preferably in construction Technical understanding of building materials and machines Negotiating skills, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence vis-à-vis suppliers and subcontractors Experiences in contract management Organizational talent and ability to work in a dynamic environment Self-employed working, high self-initiative and team capacity Understanding construction processes, performance directories, calculations and technical relationships Expressed numerical affinity and economic thinking and action Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High team capacity and pleasure in close cooperation with costing, construction management and project development Safe handling of MS Office and ideally ERP/purchasing systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
