For a renowned and modern clinic in the Lübeck area, we are looking for a dedicated chief physician (m/w/d) for the newly founded geriatric department at the next possible time.

Your tasks:

They take over the medical and organizational management of the geriatric department and contribute significantly to the development of the department, including the implementation of new treatment concepts. In close interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments, you ensure optimal patient care and ensure the quality of the treatment of geriatric patients. In addition, you are responsible for the training and supervision of medical and nursing staff and promote their professional development.
